Overall super positive experience. The most meaningful pieces were the creative movement focused days to get more ideas of how to bring my dance/movement background more explicitly into the aerial classes I teach, and the feedback from the skills videos. There are lots of small specific details/technique points I am much more aware of now that I can notice and name for my students.
