Retreat Manager with Paper Doll Militia | Stalos, Crete – May 2025
Paper Doll Militia is an aerial company that comes to Stalos, Crete every May to offer aerial retreats. We are looking for a very social, highly motivated, local with excellent communication and organizational skills to be our onsite retreat manager for May 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication:
- Fluent in English and Greek.
- Clear communication with quick response time.
- Driving:
- Valid driver’s license and own car required.
- Comfortable driving a 9-seater van with participants.
- Responsible for driving during excursions with safety measures.
- Hospitality:
- Attend to participants’ needs, answer queries, and assist with various requests.
- Manage a WhatsApp group, addressing participant inquiries at any time.
- Handle general cleanliness issues (recycling, general clean up after meals, making sure toilets have loo roll)
- Food and Items:
- Liaise with caterers and restaurants for dietary needs.
- Grocery shopping, errands, and organizing meals.
- Oversee leftovers, clean catering items after meals.
- Organization & Liaising:
- Maintain spending records and use spreadsheets.
- Manage daily tasks through management software.
- Coordinate with organizers, drivers, and villa manager.
- Welcome participants, organize airport transfers, and post daily schedules.
- Driving & Excursions:
- Drive vans during excursions, carry a first aid kit, and assist participants.
- Be part of the group, engaging in activities and meals.
- Schedule:
- Remote work (March-April) for preparation and coordination.
- In-person work (May 10-30) with a detailed schedule attached.
- Full availability during mealtimes, excursions, and meals out.

We want you to be a part of the group! You will eat all the meals with us including when we go out to restaurants. Your food is covered as part of the contract. We want you to hang out with us and socialize with us! If all of your duties are done, go for a swim, dance and have fun with us!
Compensation:
Flat project rate €1600
