Paperdoll Militia’s Silks Level 1 Teacher Training Certificate Program was one of several preparation programs I participated in at the very start of my aerial teaching career. It was incredibly valuable- I entered teaching feeling more confident in my abilities and more ready for all the unpredictabilities of teaching than I had felt before taking the course. Now, years later, I am beginning a new chapter in my career as an aerial studio owner. The Paperdoll Militia teacher trainings are something I now look for when hiring new teachers.
