In my aerial training i didnt realize i was missing the basics until i began my PaperDoll Journey. This course helped me in developing healthy habits with a better understanding of technique and I learned how to approach progressing students while avoiding injuries. It wasnt until i began our reading material that i realized how young of a sport this is. I feel that PaperDoll Militia is raising the bar by creating a solid foundation for aerial arts thus empowering a vast range of aerialists.
