Highly recommend this course to anyone, from brand new teachers to those who have been teaching for years. The course is really well thought out and provides great fundamental training required for an aerial silks instructor. I really enjoyed the practical, hands-on work such as spotting techniques and skills breakdown and the use of hammock knots to really prepare students. Additionally, the discussions and course resources were really helpful in tying everything together. Overall, a really amazing course with wonderful and knowledgeable instructors.
