The teaching course was a good overview of all the things I needed to properly instruct a beginners silk or trapeze class. It especially re-enforced the importance of having a good warm-up, conditioning, and cool down. Most importantly, to be encouraging, adaptable, and prepared. I felt that after taking this course I can be a better instructor to my students.
